In a trio of transactions that were referred to Morris by Peter Blanchard with The Garibaldi Group/CORFAC International in Chatham NJ, Morris assisted Maersk USA, Inc. to renew a 4,400-square-foot office and managed site selection and lease negotiations for the shipping company’s business units DAMCO and Svitzer Caribbean, Inc. DAMCO leased nearly 3,000 square feet of new offices while Svitzer took approximately 5,500 square feet of offices. The positive results led to additional brokerage services for Morris with another Maersk unit, Svitzer Salvage Americas, Inc. for warehouse space in excess of 22,000 square feet in the Miami area.
