Kimberly Rollins resume includes over 14 years representing clients in various aspects of commercial real estate transactions and additional years as a Financial Advisor, Managing Principal, and National Director of Business Development in the financial services industry. In total, Kimberly possesses more than 25 years of experience in the investment and commercial real estate brokerage industries. She has previously held Series 24, 7, 65, 52, 63 and Life and Variable Annuities licenses. She also completed her Certificate in Financial Planning and obtained the Certified Negotiation Expert designation. Commercial Properties Inc. is excited to add Kimberly's experience and expertise, naming her a Vice President of Sales and Leasing with an emphasis on Multi-Family She will also continue to advise her client base in office, retail, industrial, land, and investments. A 30 year resident of Arizona, Kimberly is a graduate of Arizona State University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy as a Honeywell Corporate Scholarship recipient. Outside of these endeavors, she is an avid auto enthusiast, a PADI Divemaster, and enjoys trail running. Kimberly lives in Gilbert, AZ with her family.
