CORFAC Firms Team Up to Complete Scottrade Leases in Ohio and Pennsylvania

Cleveland, OH & Pittsburgh, PA – John R. Homsher, CCIM, and 2016 President of CORFAC International announced today that two CORFAC International firms have teamed up to represent Scottrade in two lease transactions in the Cleveland, OH-area and one in a Pittsburgh, PA suburb.

Scottrade leased approximately 1,877 square feet in a multi-tenanted building in Akron, OH, from Landlord Capstone Commercial. The building, located at 123-125 Ghent Road, is approximately 12,511 square feet.

The online trading, investment and retirement planning, stock-brokerage company also leased approximately 2,402 square feet at 4065 Richmond Road in Warrensville Heights, OH. That multi-tenanted building is approximately 233,888 square feet and it is owned by Schottenstein Property Group.

Denise Hahn with Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International’s Cleveland office represented Scottrade in both Ohio leases.

In Upper St. Clair, Pennsylvania, an affluent suburb about 10 miles south of Pittsburgh, Scottrade leased approximately 1,917 square feet in an 85,000-square-foot building. The multi-tenanted building is located at 100 Sienna Drive and is owned by and investor named 1800 Washington Road.

Kevin Riley, CCIM, with Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International’s Pittsburgh office represented Scottrade in the Upper St. Clair transaction.

Terms of the leases were not disclosed.

All three of the leases were referred by Scott Savacool, CCIM, SIOR and an Associate with Sansone Group/CORFAC International, based in St. Louis, MO. Savacool and brokers in other markets have represented Scottrade in dozens of transactions throughout the U.S.
