Jeff Eichhorn of Henkle Schueler/CORFAC International has successfully brokered a 95-acre commercial/industrial land deal in Harrison Township in Ohio valued at over $6,000,000. Henkle Schueler has been working with the buyer to secure land for its future operations.

A 58,000-square-foot freezer warehouse is planned for construction in the spring of 2018 and a 345,000-square-foot bakery is planned for the the near future.  Henkle Schueler/CORFAC International will continue to coordinate site improvements and construction of the future bakery.
