Nicholas L. Miner, CCIM,andVice President – Investments with Commercial Properties Inc./CORFAC International in Phoenix has been named to the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Technologies Board of Directors.Mr. Miner’s responsibilities as a member of the Technologies Board of Directors include providing direction and oversight of the organization’s technology initiatives, including CCIM’s Site To Do Business and CCIM’s Real Estate Data Exchange. Mr. Miner was simultaneously appointed to serve as the Master of Ceremonies for “CCIM Live!” -- the 2011 CCIM October Conference in Phoenix. Mr. Miner has completed more than $107 million in sales and leasing activity since he began his professional career in real estate in 1999. He joined CPI in September 2010.
