Andrew S. Jaffe, SIOR and Vice President with Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International in Tempe was awarded a special plaque by the City of Goodyear for completing the Suntech deal in January 2010. This was given at a special luncheon by the Economic Development council in November last year in which Jaffe was recognized for the valuable contribution to the economic and fiscal stability of Goodyear for bringing the Chinese solar company to its city. Jaffe was the inbound-referral broker who led the site search in Arizona for Suntech’s 118,000-square-foot lease of a headquarters and manufacturing plant in Goodyear. The referring broker in the transaction was TRI Commercial/CORFAC International’s Anton Qiu (San Francisco).
