TRI was founded in 1977 by seven alumni of Grubb & Ellis and CB.  They started out at 1750 Van Ness Avenue, selling condominiums and apartments, and quickly grew into a major residential market player; the firm added a commercial component in the mid-1980s. The founders sold the residential unit to Prudential in the early 1990s and the commercial side flourished in the San Francisco Financial District from that point forward.  TRI Commercial affiliated with CORFAC International in 2004. Since the early 1990s, TRI has been consistently ranked among the Top 7 commercial firms in San Francisco by the San Francisco Business Times.  Congratulations to TRI Commercial/CORFAC International on their 35 years of success!
