In Milwaukee, The Dickman Company/CORFAC International Vice President Dave Hazenfield was a finalist for The Deal of the Year by Commercial Association of Realtors® Wisconsin. Hazenfield represented the seller of a 43,000-square-foot industrial building (with crane facility) that was acquired by Sara Investment Real Estate, which secured a tenant for the building. Gear Box Express is the new tenant and they rebuild and re-condition gear boxes, primarily for wind turbines.
