In the January 2013 Site Selection Magazine, there is an article on the best global cities for quality of life and infrastructure. It’s an interesting look at the Global market from an annual survey by Mercer. How do cities rank?

The America’s findings are interesting too. Canadian cities have the top spots for the region, specifically Vancouver, Ottawa, Toronto, and Montreal. Honolulu is the highest ranked US city, followed by San Francisco, Boston, Washington DC, and New York.
