CORFAC is excited about getting our Next Generation brokers more involved.  Getting a younger perspective at our conferences and on our specialty calls will benefit all of CORFAC. One way we are working to increase involvement of brokers under 40 is with the New Next Gen Scholarship.  Help us get more brokers involved in the 2013 Spring Conference in Las Vegas!

The broker must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with a CORFAC firm. Only one person per firm qualifies for the scholarship. The first 10 qualifying brokers/agents will receive a $500 scholarship to help defray their costs in attending the 2013 Spring Conference in Las Vegas.

Next Gen brokers who register by the early bird deadline pay just $399 to register (a 50% savings off of the regular Broker rate). If they are first-time attendees, they could also qualify for a free conference registration.

Scholarship winners are required to attend the Landing a Multi-Market Assignment, Industry Roundtables, Networking Luncheon, and the Awards Dinner on Friday, April 5, and the Next Gen Roundtable on Saturday, April 6. Next Gen brokers are expected to participate in the Roundtable and lead a discussion if asked. Winners will be introduced at the Friday night awards dinner.

CORFAC Officers and Committee Chairs, Firm Principals or Partners, and Best Practices Leaders are not eligible for this scholarship.  The scholarship checks will be presented to the winners at the Awards Dinner, although the winners will be notified as soon as the award is determined.

Nominate a Next Gen Broker/Agent (under the age of 40) who would benefit from attending by emailing a brief recommendation to alyssa@corfac.com.
