We are excited to announce our final panelist for the upcoming Developer Panel in Washington, D.C.  The panelists will discuss the future of development in commercial real estate at The Fairfax at Embassy Row on September 11, 2013. Greg Trimmer, Principal of Development of The JBG Companies, will join our other panelists:

  • Curt Hefner, Becknell Industrial
  • Tom McCormick, SIOR, FRICS, Rockefeller Group Development Corporation
  • David Neuman, Trammell Crow Company

TrimmerGreg Trimmer has over 10 years of experience in mixed-use and build-to-suit real estate development.  He oversees JBG’s Fairfax County development portfolio, including redevelopment opportunities at all three Reston Metro stations.  He also oversees several large scale GSA build-to-suit projects in Montgomery County including a 575,000 SF build-to-suit for The National Cancer Institute, a 935,000 SF renovation for Health and Human Services, and a new 491,000 SF headquarters for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Virginia and a M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
