CORFAC Affiliates are gathering in Washington, D.C. this week to discuss the Future of Commercial Real Estate.  Affiliate firms from all over the US and Canada are coming together with affiliates from the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, and Russia to network and do business.

Some great speakers are lined up this week to discuss a variety of topics:

  • CCIM Instructor Byron Smith will cover “Discretionary Capital Expenditures.
  • LeAnn Tobias of Malachite, LLC is going to discuss  “The Future of Sustainable Real Estate”.
  • CORFAC Affiliates will discuss “Technology for CRE” and “Using the CORFAC Network and Relationships to Build Business”
  • Developers will discuss the “Future of Developing Commercial Real Estate”
  • Curtis Spencer of IMS Worldwide will talk about “Global Trade and the Future of Commercial Real Estate”.
  • CORFAC Principals will meet with Duke Kuehn to learn about “Succession and Transition of Ownership”
