Commercial brokers are always working to grow their business contacts to grow business.  A great way to do that is to work your network.  On a recent conference call, CORFAC brokers discussed how they leverage their networks to gain business.

  • Email all press releases and announcements to a list of clients and associates.  You can follow-up with anyone who opens the email – a great reason to connect and check up.
  • Network with local press so that you can become an expert in local media.  They will call you for quotes and your expertise in real estate related matters.
  • Attend networking opportunities and events in your community.  They are a great way to connect with old clients and make new connections.
