New PictureIn honor of CORFAC’s 25th Anniversary, we will feature past presidents throughout 2014. First up – Steven H. Podolsky, SIOR, Podolsky|Circle CORFAC International. (1992 CORFAC President)

Steve can trace the beginnings of the CORFAC International network to a 1986 breakfast meeting in the coffee shop of the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan during an SIOR convention. He and the other founding members wanted to do right by their companies and grow business through networking and referrals beyond, and in addition to, their SIOR connections. “We saw that there were enough good independent commercial real estate companies remaining unaffiliated around the country to make one more strong network.”

I’m proud of the organization’s sustainability; proud of the consistent quality of firms that we’ve been able to attract; and proud of our national rankings as compared to national companies and competing networks. We’ve been able to establish strong international affiliations and our sustainability comes from our people. I am particularly proud of the continued involvement in CORFAC of our past presidents.”
