Two Capacity Commercial Group/CORFAC International principals won local awards for industrial and office brokerage services in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan market.

Don Ossey, SIOR and principal with Capacity Commercial Group/CORFAC International won the Broker of the Year Award/Industrial at the recent Commercial Association of Brokers and NAIOP awards ceremony held at the Portland Art Museum. Ossey also shared honors with Scott Kappes, SIOR and a Senior Vice President with Capacity Commercial, for the Bill Naito Award which honors the broker or team of brokers who completed the most complex real estate transaction of 2013.

In addition, Capacity Commercial Group/CORFAC International Principal Scott Madsen, SIOR, was runner-up for top office broker of the year.
