How long has Centric Commercial/CORFAC International been in business?

“As a firm, we has been around for five years, but our brokers have over 100 years of combined experience as heavy hitters in the Central Texas commercial real estate market. We are the only locally based firm in Austin, TX, that focuses on representing tenants yet has the connections, resources and national presence of a national firm through our CORFAC relationship.”

Who are some of your most notable clients? How do you serve them?

“In the industrial sector we do national tenant representation for JW Logistics. In office, we handle tenant representation locally for RateGenius. In the medical sector we provide regional tenant representation services for Central Texas Pain Centers. In addition, we do a great deal of sales, acquisitions and dispositions for a wide range of local investors and end users.”

What was your most notable transaction during the past year?

“We closed a $4.2 million, 47,000 square foot industrial sale for Central Commerce in Pflugerville, Texas.”

What makes your firm the go-to solution for clients? What do you do better than anyone else in your market?

“Our ability to maintain and grow deep relationships. We are more selective with our deals rather than simply cranking out as many as possible. This allows us to know the clients on a very personal level and as a result we keep their business for life.”

What do you value most about your CORFAC membership? And why do you stay affiliated with the network?

“In Austin, many local and regional businesses prefer to work with the local firms. This is an advantage for us, but our main disadvantage was not being able to say we could help them out in other markets. Through our CORFAC membership, we have been able to combat this disadvantage. Many local companies have needed that national reach while others simply like to know that we have the capability when they are committing to a long-term relationship with us.”

What’s the most important thing about your firm that you’d like to share with other members?

“We are extremely relationship based. Our clients typically become our close friends, and that is a bond that is hard to break. This fact has become important as the hunt for new business has become increasingly competitive.”
