How long has Blue & Obrecht Realty/CORFAC International been in business? 

“Since 2000. We are affiliated with Obrecht Properties, which provides construction, development and property management services, thus giving us easy access to expertise beyond traditional brokerage.”

Who are some of your most notable clients? How do you serve them?

“We handle tenant representation for Comcast, SkyZone, CyberCore and Sinclair Broadcasting. We do landlord representation for Cabot and First Industrial Realty Trust.”

What was your most notable transaction during the past year?

“The sale of a multi-tenant industrial complex at 1954 Halethorpe Farms Road to investor was our largest deal last year. David Paulson, who represented the buyer, Blue Ocean Realty, sourced and closed the deal. The transaction totaled 600,000 square feet and was valued at $22,500,000.

In addition, Richie Blue negotiated a three-year lease extension for a 172,000-square foot office tenant valued at $10,387,000, at 7221 Lee DeForest Drive in Columbia, MD.”

What makes your firm the go-to solution for clients? What do you do better than anyone else in your market?

“We pay attention to the details. We focus on long-term relationships and repeat business. We stay in touch with clients, even after a transaction closes.”
