As one of the senior agents at TRI Commercial, Barry has been involved in commercial real estate leasing and investment sales since joining the firm in 1986. He has distinguished himself by achieving recognition as the #1 Company-wide agent in 1998 and 2000, and as a Top Producer for the firm in 1995, 1997, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2009. He was made a principal in 2008 by the TRI Board of Directors. His achievements include representation of several premier San Francisco properties including: 600 Montgomery St (Transamerica Pyramid) - 530,000 sq ft; 505 Sansome St (Two Transamerica Center) - 210,000 sq ft; 1700 California St - 75,000 sq ft; 1200 Van Ness Ave - 180,000 sq ft; 25 Van Ness Ave - 120,000 sq ft; and 310 Townsend St - 80,000 sq ft. Significant Transactions include multiple leases over 50,000 square feet; multiple sales transactions in the Five to Twenty-five million dollar range.
