Roger has a BA in Leadership and Management from Harding University and an AA from Pulaski Technical College. He is an experienced contract negotiator having spent 20 years with Alltel Communications in Little Rock in Corporate Procurement & Logistics, Strategic Sourcing and Fleet Operations
