Fay has sixteen years of portfolio investment experience working with institutional investors (such as major pension plans and a major global investment bank) and private investors. The last institutional portfolio where she worked was for a multi-billion dollar public pension plan that invested in commercial real estate (multifamily, office, retail, industrial, land development and hospitality real estate). In that portfolio, she provided real estate investment analysis, economic analysis and investment recommendation for both the direct real estate investments and the globally private equity real estate fund investments. Fay has a Masters of Economics from McGill University. She has earned the Chartered Investment Manager designation, and is an affiliated member of the Chartered Financial Analyst Society and a member of the Urban Land Institute. At Macdonald Commercial, Fay is focused on land development assemblies and investment properties acquisitions and dispositions.
