Bio

Nick is an Associate Partner in our Occupier Services team. 

Nick joined the Occupier Services Team in October 2017 and provides specialist advice to occupiers both on acquisitions and tenant disposals across Central London.

He started his career at Cluttons in 2009 where he was part of the Graduate Scheme completing rotations in Commercial Property Management, Valuations and Commercial Agency. In 2012 he attained his MRICS qualifications before moving on to work in Commercial Agency at Bond Woodhouse and CBRE where he specialised in representing a wide range of occupiers across London in office relocations and lease re-gears.

Nick’s clients and previous work includes representing: Kraft Heinz in their high-profile move to The Shard; Coty Inc in their London HQ relocation to Paddington; Guinness World Record in their acquisition of a floor at the South Quay Building; Huntsworth Health in sourcing a new office at Holborn Gate; Regus in their lease re-gear in Victoria as well as many more.

Nick loves rugby, cooking, travelling and spending time with his friends, wife and baby boy.
