The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Leases 163,000 SF in a Build to Suit to Curtis Industries in West Boylston, MA

West Boylston, MA -- In one of the largest transactions of the year, The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International leased 163,000 SF in a landmark build to suit for Curtis Industries at 70 Hartwell Street in West Boylston, MA.

David and James Stubblebine, Al Ringuette and Rob Stave, all brokers at The Stubblebine Company, represented the Landlord, D&S Realty LLP, in the transaction and procured Curtis Industries directly. The transaction included the existing 53,000 SF building and a 110,000 SF addition: 24’ clear high bay distribution space. The 110,000 SF expansion will be completed in July 2017.
