T. Marzetti Company, a subsidiary of Lancaster Colony Corporation, has expanded their 70,000 square foot.space with an additional 50,000 SF at their facility located at 20 Kendrick Road in Wareham, MA. David and James Stubblebine, principals of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International, represented both the landlord, Malden Frame Realty Trust, and the tenant, T. Marzetti Company, in the transaction. In 2012, The Stubblebine Company also represented both parties in the initial 70,000 SF lease transaction.

Situated on 8.62 acres, the 120,000 SF first-class distribution facility is situated at the intersection of I-495 and I-195. According to David Stubblebine, “Marzetti’s expansion to 120,000 SF will enable the company to successfully accommodate their growth in the New England market.”
