F & M Plastics has purchased a 227,422 SF single-story industrial building at 175 Pioneer Drive in Leominster, MA, for $5,150,000. David Stubblebine and James Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the seller Star Realty, while the buyer was represented by Andrew Sacher of AIS Development. 

According to David Stubblebine, “The principals of F & M Plastics purchased the building because of its proximity to Route 2 and I-190 and their Leominster headquarters combined with the fact that the building has heavy power and immediate access to the Orchard Hill Mall.”
