Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International Brokers $4.45 Million Transaction

The F.W. Webb Company, a wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, cooling and industrial products, recently purchased 33 Sword Street, Auburn, MA, a 75,000 square foot single story industrial facility situated on 3.04 acres and formerly owned by Imperial Distribution, for $4,450,000. David Skinner, David Stubblebine, and James Stubblebine from The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the buyer and seller, Imperial Distributors, in the transaction.

The site was the former Imperial Distributors distribution center for several decades before Imperial relocated to its current location at 150 Blackstone River Road, Worcester, MA in a long-term 325,000 square foot lease transaction also recently facilitated by The Stubblebine Company.

F.W. Webb currently has a location at 43 Sword Street in Auburn. The company anticipates opening the new wholesale store on 33 Sword Street by Aug. 31, and a retail kitchen, bath and lighting showroom by the end of the year. F.W. Webb will continue to operate out of 43 Sword Street until the new location is ready.

“Our business has grown, and we are moving the location to a larger building to meet the needs of both our F.W. Webb wholesale customers and our retail Frank Webb Home customers,” said Bob Mucciarone, F.W. Webb Chief Operating Officer. “We are excited to expand our presence in the greater Worcester area.”
