CORFAC is pleased to announce TRI Commercial/CORFAC International in San Jose, California, is the newest U.S. affiliate to join our growing global network. TRI’s San Jose office is the fourth domestic firm to join CORFAC this year, building on 2019’s record-setting growth of seven new firms.  

“We are pleased to announce that one of our long-standing CORFAC affiliates TRI Commercial/CORFAC International is expanding into the San Jose, California, commercial real estate market,” said 2020 President Alan Joel, CCIM, of Joel and Granot Real Estate/CORFAC International in Atlanta, Georgia. 

“We are thrilled that Josh Gispan, a well-known Bay Area retail/investment broker, is leading the charge in the San Jose office. With Josh’s excellent client network and expertise, we look forward to continuing our exceptional service to CORFAC members’ clients in the San Jose-metro area,” Joel added.

In the role of Senior Vice President, Silicon Valley Sales Manager, Josh Gispan will lead the direction and growth of TRI’s Silicon Valley expansion. His 33 years of retail investment and leasing experience includes site selection, disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant retail centers, and tenant representation for a range of national clients such as Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Alexander’s Steak House, Office Depot, 24 Hour Fitness, Planet Fitness, and numerous regional retailers.
