The Andover Company, Inc./CORFAC International announced the closing of 36 deals covering over 404,822 square feet over 90 days. •   Bruce Clarkson and Dave Baumer represented both the buyer 760 Central, LLC (Ballard Industrial) and the seller, Steve & Jeannine Dowell, in the sale of building on a large property located at 760 Central Ave N, Kent, WA. Steve and Jeannine Dowell sold the store after more than 50 years in business. The reason behind the sale? “I’m 90,” Dowell said about his decision to finally retire. Dowell developed a close working relationship with his customers. “The masons and contractors have been wonderful,” he said. “That’s always something I’ll remember, the customers.” (Kent Reporter)  And that same attention to customers will be a legacy that endures with Ballard Industrial taking over the property and opening up in Kent.  Their family business has been around almost 70 years.
