Bo Pettit and David Boyd, CCIM, SIOR, with Houston-based Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International, facilitated a complex trio of transactions on behalf of the delivery, logistics and transportation company, Jetco, in order to accommodate Jetco's rapid growth in Texas and buy/build a new corporate headquarters.

Utilizing a Reverse 1031 Exchange, Pettit and Boyd negotiated the purchase of a 20-acre parcel of land with nominal improvements on it, sold Jetco's existing headquarters facility and also leased a satellite property the company owns and had occupied as a corporate yard. Jetco is in the process of building a new headquarters on the 20-acre parcel and is temporarily leasing its former HQ during construction of its future home.
