CORFAC Welcomes 2026 President and Executive Leadership Team

CORFAC International is pleased to announce Joe Santaularia, of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International in Dallas, Texas, will begin his term as 2026 President of the global organization on January 1.

Additional officers include Vice President Trent Scott, CCIM, First Capital Property Group/CORFAC International in Orlando, Florida; Treasurer Dan Dokovic, SIOR, Intelica/CORFAC International in St. Louis, Missouri; and Secretary Edward F. Del Beccaro, TRI Commercial/CORFAC International in Walnut Creek, California.

“It’s my honor to lead CORFAC International’s network of 75 independently owned and operated commercial real estate brokerage offices,” Santaularia said. “As President in 2026, I want to contribute to making the CORFAC brand even stronger worldwide. We’ll also be concentrating on developing more in-network referral business and relationship building, which will benefit our network’s clients.”

As Executive Vice President and Director of Strategic Relationships at Bradford, Santaularia specializes in providing advisory services to supply-chain and third-party logistics clients from around the world. Founded in 1989, Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services’ portfolio includes more than 20,000,000 square feet under leasing and management. The brokerage and investment team closes over 5,000,0000 square feet of transactions annually.

In the CORFAC network, Santaularia has served as Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. He also has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors and as a member of the Affiliation and Member Engagement Committee. He was honored with the 2021 Thomas Hayes Jr. Member Excellence Award for his dedication to introducing cutting-edge ideas to the network.
