CORFAC hosted a webinar for members on December 9, 2025, titled 2026 Economic & Commercial Real Estate Outlook. We were thrilled to be joined by Nick Luettke, Economist at Moody’s. Nick offered a helpful reality check on what may lie ahead for the economy and CRE markets.

The big takeaway? While 2026 may not bring explosive growth, there are signs of stabilization, especially as interest rates ease and market fundamentals begin to level out. Performance will continue to vary by asset type and market, making local insight and flexibility more important than ever. Overall, it was a solid, practical look at the challenges and opportunities shaping commercial real estate in the year ahead.
