CORFAC Announces 2025 COR$TAR Award Winners Recognizing Top In-Network Referral Transactions

CORFAC International is proud to announce the winners of our 2025 COR$TAR Awards, which recognize the largest member-to-member referral transactions completed within the global network last year. The awards highlight the power of collaboration among CORFAC’s member firms and the value delivered to clients when members collaborate across markets.

The COR$TAR Awards recognize the top referral transactions across the network based on largest dollar value and largest square footage in the industrial, retail, office and investment/other categories.

Industrial Referral Award – Dollar Value and Square Feet

Chris Michniewicz of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International in Lexington, Massachusetts, and Mark Childs of Capacity Commercial/CORFAC International in Portland, Oregon, received the largest dollar value and square feet award for an $8.73 million, 100,000-square-foot industrial lease in Portland, Oregon, between Prologis and American Beverage Crafts LLC.

Retail Referral Award – Dollar Value and Square Feet

Mike Sotelo of TRI Commercial/CORFAC International in Sacramento, California, and Phill Tomlinson of Commercial Properties, Inc./CORFAC International in Tempe, Arizona, received the largest dollar value and square feet award for a $16.3 million, 171,129-square-foot retail shopping center sale in Mesa, Arizona. The property was sold by Ethan Christopher LLC to Capital Oceanside LP/Capital Investment Network Inc.

Office Referral Award – Dollar Value

Cole Sweatt of TRI Commercial/CORFAC International in Sacramento, California, and Dickson Commercial Group/CORFAC International in Reno, Nevada, received the award for the largest office dollar value referral transaction for a medical office lease in Washoe, Nevada, for Apex Research Group LLC.

Office Referral Award – Square Feet

Michael Marchese of Chilmark Real Estate Services/CORFAC International in Morristown, New Jersey, and Michael Greene of MDL Group/CORFAC International in Las Vegas, Nevada, were recognized for the largest square feet office transaction for a lease in Las Vegas, Nevada, on behalf of Asembia (ASPN Pharmacies 4 LLC).

Investment Referral Award – Dollar Value and Square Feet

Katie Sentell of Pollock Commercial/CORFAC International in Atlanta, Georgia, and John Horhn of King Industrial Realty/CORFAC International in Atlanta, Georgia, for both the largest dollar value and square feet, recognized a $1.7 million sale of a 9,404-square-foot property in Marietta, Georgia. The property was sold by Moseley Properties to ERB Properties/Emerson Home Services.
