CORFAC’s Outlook is Bright for 2026

By 2026 President Joe Santaularia, Bradford Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, Dallas

With my term as 2026 CORFAC President underway, I’m thrilled to continue investing in our collaborative global network of independent commercial real estate firms. Our strength lies in the expertise and local market leadership of our members, and one of my primary goals is to amplify the value those firms deliver to one another and to clients.

In recent months, CORFAC has welcomed six new member firms, expanding our geographic footprint in India and Australia, as well as in several top U.S. markets. This thoughtful expansion ensures that wherever our clients do business, they can rely on trusted CORFAC professionals to deliver exceptional service.

One of my top priorities as President is to increase the volume and impact of in-network transaction referrals by collecting more data to connect our members more strategically. Our members already collaborate effectively, but there is an opportunity to elevate this through more intentional deal-making activities and stronger cross-market partnerships. By creating more opportunities to collaborate, we can help members generate new business and deepen relationships across the network.

Finally, we are focused on expanding network-wide business development initiatives, particularly through new relationships with major developers. By aligning our collective expertise and market coverage, CORFAC firms provide a powerful, unified platform for assisting developers with localized brokerage services.

CORFAC’s future is bright. By growing our global network, strengthening collaboration, and pursuing strategic relationships, we will continue building momentum and delivering greater value for our members and their clients.
