Bio

John has twenty-five years of brokerage and property management experience in the Northern Cailifornia. He is a stockholder and Managing Director of TRI's Property Management entity supervising a staff of 15 in the management of over four million square feet of office, retail, industrial, apartment and mobile home park properties in San Francisco, Oakland and the greater Sacramento area. In 2004, John formed the Apartment Advisory Team representing owners and investors in the acquisition and disposition of apartment properties. As an apartment broker, John has closed over $500 million dollars in apartment transactions. John holds a BS from the University of Montana and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
