Ulli Berendes is CEO and founder of Berendes & Partner Consulting GmbH. He has been active in real estate for more than twenty-five years and started his career in the Real Estate Leasing Division of Deutsche Bank. In 1990 he joined Völkers King & Co. Group Hamburg (later King Sturge Germany and now part of Jones Lang LaSalle) as Managing Director and Shareholder. This expertise together with his degree in Business Administration and Master of Economics is the basis for his wide-ranging knowledge of all aspects of the real estate industry, in particular in real estate advisory. Berendes & Partner Consulting GmbH was established more than 20 years ago in Hamburg. It shortly grew into a group of offices in every important submarket in Germany - Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Stuttgart. The Berendes Group provides services in all fields related to commercial real estate - whether acquisition to disposal, advisory services, single assets or significant portfolios.
