Steve’s successful business relationships and transactions allows him to focus on the Roseville and Rocklin office market, while remaining active in the greater Sacramento area representing both landlords and tenants. Prior to TRI Commercial Steve was most recently with Newmark Cornish & Carey from early 2008 with a special emphasis on the South Placer office market. He began his commercial brokerage career at Colliers International where he was involved in over 200 lease and sales transactions. Through these transactions, he gained a broad overview of not only the office market, but also the retail, industrial, land and investment specialties. This experience makes him an asset on any assignment.
