C O M P A N Y  E X P E R I E N C E  Since Trent began his career at First Capital Property Group, he has undertaken a wide range of projects with a variety of public & private clients. His exposure to nearly all aspects of the real estate cycle, including management, leasing, finance, consulting, syndication, & acquisition & disposition, combined with market knowledge gained, has provided him a unique understanding of the critical factors in real estate investment.

He has completed over $100,000,000 dollars in total real estate transactions of various sizes & structures. He has also completed over 100 Broker Price Opinions (BPO’s) on various commercial properties across Florida.
