C O M P A N Y E X P E R I E N C E Dan joined First Capital Property Group in June 2012. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s Warrington College of Business Administration. His experience with both tenant and landlord representation enables him to add value to both sides of the deal. Dan helps his clients with site evaluation and selection, lease negotiation, lease analysis, contract negotiation and market surveys. Dan brings value to a varied range of clients, whether it be assisting small business owners with lease versus purchase options or providing local expertise and asset management strategies for national and institutional clients. Dan’s prior experience in managing a national chain retail operation gives him a unique perspective that enables him to better serve both Tenant and Landlord. Dan has pursued further education opportunities and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which he uses to better serve his client’s needs. Additionally, Dan has been involved in the sale and leasing of over $36,000,000 in overall transaction volume.
