Bio

Austin focuses on representing the buyer and tenant in retail, office, and multi-family transactions, helping clients navigate market studies, site evaluation and selection, lease analysis, investment analysis, and contract negotiation. Austin has a high concentration of retail knowledge in Express Car Wash development and has worked on many deals throughout the state of FL for his clients. He also has prior experience representing sellers and developers. He most enjoys working to understand his clients’ needs and finding optimal solutions – whether with institutional investors or locally owned start-ups. Austin resides in College Park with his wife of four years, Holly, and their son, Hiker. He enjoys an active lifestyle while appreciating both the theatrical and choral arts. He is on the board of 4 local nonprofits: Pinnacle Counseling Institute, Apartment Life: Central FL, Mirror Labs (Man in the Mirror), and the Trinity Prep Alumni Board, as well as serving as Vice President of the French Quarter Home Owner Association. He previously served as an advisor for the Central Florida Debate Initiative and was named the National Speech and Debate District Communicator of the Year in 2015. Austin and his family are active members of Orangewood Presbyterian Church.
