Drew Clary is a Principal at lntelica, where he's been an integral part of the team since joining in 2014. Drew was hired directly out of college to assist the company with the leasing and disposition of several distressed assets owned by Sabal Financial Group, a subsidiary of Oaktree Capital. Since then, his primary focus has been on investment sales, landlord and tenant representation, and seller and buyer representation in the industrial and retail NNN sectors, primarily in St. Louis County. Drew is licensed by the Missouri Real Estate Commission and is pursuing his Certifled Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations. Drew is known for his creative approach to flnding value and building wealth for his clients. His availability and willingness to work around the clock has earned him a reputation as a reliable and dedicated advisor, as well as recognition as lntelica's top producer in 2022 and Q3 2023 CoStar Quarterly Deal Winner. Oaktree Capital, Kozeny Wagner, Fred Weber, Davidson Surface Air, PK Construction, lronman Sound Industries, CBD Kratom, and Black & Veatch, Latch Inc., are among the companies Drew has represented. When not at work, Drew manages his real estate investments, including his Airbnb portfolio in Forest Park Southeast. He also enjoys attending Cardinals and Blues games and is a passionate local sports fan. Drew was a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity and graduated from the University of Missouri in 2014.
