Specialization At TRI Commercial, Brian specializes in the sale and leasing of industrial, logistics, R&D/flex and office properties in the East Bay. He also has valued expertise in investments, land, and special purpose/storage properties. Brian’s geographic focus includes Contra Costa County, Solano & Napa counties, and the Tri-Valley region of Alameda County. He also has valued expertise in investments, land, and special purpose/Storage properties. Brian has been a commercial real estate advisor since 2006 with the primary goal of building lasting relationships with his clients and bringing critical value to every deal. Over his career Brian has successfully represented private and institutional landlord/seller clients by reducing vacancy and maximizing Net Operating Incomes, as well as sales price return. He’s successfully represented corporate and private tenant/buyer clients through lease relocation or expansion, strategic renewals, and (SBA or conventional) owner-user purchases. Brian has aggressively worked with investor/developer clients by identifying favorable cap-rate and value-add buy and sell deals, along with “highest and best use” land developments or acquisition projects. Professional Background Prior to joining TRI in 2020 Brian worked with CBRE for seven years, and Colliers International for seven years before that. Before commercial real estate Brian excelled in Sales working in telecom for AT&T in San Ramon CA, as a well as a prominent equipment capital leasing company in San Diego CA. Brian has completed more than 500 transactions during his career. He earned the coveted CCIM designation in October of 2011, and the prestigious SIOR designation in 2022. Brian is active in CRE trade organizations and monitors local and national CRE trends.
