Since joining First Capital Property Group in June 2021, Michaela has become an invaluable asset to our marketing team. She oversees the company’s and our broker’s social media platforms, crafting engaging copy and creating digital content. Additionally, Michaela plays a key role in developing various marketing materials such as brochures, email blasts, offerings, and proposals. Beyond the digital realm, she expertly captures property highlights through photography, drone shots, and Matterport, enriching our visual storytelling. Michaela’s versatile skill set and commitment to excellence contribute significantly to our marketing success, elevating our brand presence and property showcasing strategies.

Michaela is a dynamic addition to our Marketing team and brings a wealth of knowledge that extends far beyond traditional boundaries. With a solid foundation built through diverse internships and leadership roles, she has honed a valuable skill set that aligns seamlessly with our commitment to excellence. In a notable achievement in 2022, Michaela obtained her FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. This certification not only showcases her dedication but also empowers her to elevate our marketing efforts by leveraging drone technology. Now equipped to fly drones commercially, Michaela can capture properties from unique and captivating perspectives, adding an innovative dimension to our visual storytelling and property showcase strategies.

PERSONAL LIFE & INVOLVEMENT:

As she is originally from Wisconsin, you can find Michaela and her fiancé, Noah, out exploring and experiencing all that the Orlando area has to offer. She enjoys trips to the beach, indulging in new foods, and adventuring through theme parks. Michaela is a loving ‘cat mom’ to two sweet kitties, Dorothea and Harvey.
