Bio

Theresa Bayer is the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Intelica. In this role, she leads key initiatives related to strategic growth, business development, and customer experience. Theresa works closely with the President of Intelica to carry out annual strategic planning and is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Before working at Intelica, Theresa worked for Cushman & Wakefield for five years as an Account Executive. She was responsible for real estate services for corporate clients who had large, geographically dispersed portfolios. Theresa oversaw real estate functions including leasing, design and construction, portfolio administration, and facilities management. Prior to Cushman & Wakefield, she worked as the Director of Global Operations for SIRVA Worldwide and was responsible for talent management and team operations for the international teams based in the US. When she is not working, Theresa enjoys trail running, skiing, SCUBA diving, traveling, and kayaking. She is married with two kids along with a dog and a cat. They spend time at their family cabin in southern Missouri, entertaining and enjoying the beauty of the Current River and Ozark Mountains.
