Charlie King Cycling Classic
See the sights and diverse neighborhoods of Philadelphia on this guided four-hour tour. You'll learn about the history, culture and current events of Philadelphia during numerous, informative stops. There will be a break for refreshments with a range of food and drink options, and your guide will make sure all your questions about Philadelphia are answered. Overall, you'll cover about 10 miles at a relaxed pace. Bikes, helmets and water bottles included!

Dine-Around (first come, first served)
Join CORFAC colleagues for a dinner out. The dine around restaurant  is located within walking distance of the host hotel. Attendees will pay for their individual meal at the time of the dinner. Available on a first-come, first-served basis. Meet in the hotel lobby at 7:15. The first 10 attendees in the lobby will receive a seat at the restaurant. No advanced sign up is available.
Price: No registration fee required -- guest will pay for their own meal at the dinner.

Walking Tour of Old Town Philadelphia
Since Philadelphia is best seen by foot, this walking tour is the best way to explore America’s birthplace. This tour provides a primary overview of the Independence National Historical Park area and visits more than 20 of the most historic sites in America’s birthplace, including Independence Hall, The Liberty Bell and the Betsy Ross House.

Education Session: What’s Driving Today’s Global Real Estate Trends?
Ken Caplan, Senior Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Real Estate at Blackstone, will share insights on the factors that are driving global commercial real estate trends. Based in New York, NY, Caplan has been instrumental in more than $100 billion in acquisitions and initiatives in the U.S., Europe and Asia.

Dinner and Drinks at Carpenters' Hall
Built in 1770, Carpenters' Hall has a long history as a meeting place and has been the home to numerous tenants in the arts, sciences and commerce. In 1774, the First Continental Congress convened here and addressed a declaration of rights to King George III. Today, the hall is still the headquarters of the Carpenters’ Guild and houses original artifacts. Join fellow CORFAC members to socialize in this historic setting for dinner and drinks. A professional guide will be offering tours of the hall and surrounding historic landmarks. This is a ticketed, off-site event.

Opening Session and Keynote Speaker: Vince Papale 
Vince Papale, author, speaker and former Philadelphia Eagle, will share highlights of his transformation from schoolteacher to an award-winning special teams player in the NFL. Papale’s story, which was highlighted in the movie Invincible, has inspired many on and off the field to overcome their challenges and find true success.

Franklin Institute Museum Visit
The Franklin Institute was founded in 1824 by Benjamin Franklin. This large museum showcases many of Franklin’s own inventions along with countless technological and scientific advances through history with interactive exhibits that are interesting and educational. It is a venue for temporary blockbuster science exhibits, a planetarium, IMAX Theater and great permanent features. Lunch will be at a local Philadelphia favorite. Guests will pay for their portion of the meal.

This session will be led by Transaction and Business Development Committee Chair Jason Wolf of Wolf Commercial Real Estate/CORFAC International in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Transaction and Business Development Committee Vice Chair, David Boyd, CCIM, SIOR, of Boyd Commercial/CORFAC International, in Houston, Texas. Come prepared with product to sell or client purchase/investment requirements to share. You'll hear recent multi-market case study success stories and then break into roundtables for discussion of haves/wants by industry segment, including office, industrial, retail and investment. Dr. Peter Linneman, Economist and Founding Principal of Linneman Associates, is one of the real estate industry’s most recognized economic voices. For more than 35 years, Dr. Linneman served as a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, including the role of Founding Chairman of the Real Estate Department. He is the author of numerous books and the highly regarded quarterly publication, The Linneman Letter.
