Vince Papale, author, speaker and former Philadelphia Eagle, will share highlights of his transformation from schoolteacher to an award-winning special teams player in the NFL. Papale’s story, which was highlighted in the movie Invincible, has inspired many on and off the field to overcome their challenges and find true success.

Dr. Peter Linneman, Economist and Founding Principal of Linneman Associates, is one of the real estate industry’s most recognized economic voices. For more than 35 years, Dr. Linneman served as a faculty member at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business, including the role of Founding Chairman of the Real Estate Department. He is the author of numerous books and the highly regarded quarterly publication, The Linneman Letter.

Brad Molotsky, JD, Partner at Duane Morris, is a leader in the real estate law arena whose practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate. Formerly Executive Vice President and General Counsel with Brandywine Realty Trust, Molotsky will explain the ins and outs of Opportunity Zones and the related investment and development possibilities.
