A North Texas family trust has sold the 103,054-sf Las Colinas Distribution Center 4 and 5 on nearly 6 acres at 3242-50 N. Skyway Circle and 3241-51 W. Story Rd., Irving, TX, to Gretzinger Investment Group LLC. Brian Pafford, senior vice president and managing partner of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services/CORFAC International, represented the seller. Hahn Franklin-Mitchell of Younger Partners represented the buyer. Bradford has retained the leasing and property management assignment.
