Century Realty, LLC/CORFAC International is pleased to announce the sale of 4800 Library Road/PA Route 88 located in Bethel Park, PA. The property is a 3,865 square foot single tenant office building that Century Realty listed for sale, placed under agreement, and sold within four months. The Seller was represented by Jessica Jarosz, Executive Vice President of Century Realty.

"This building received a lot of interest due to the lack of inventory of this size single tenant office building on the market. We were able to sell the property directly to a local owner for his family business and are excited to see his business thrive and the vacant property come back to life," Jarosz said. 

There were many challenges due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but everyone truly came together to see this through to completion.
