The CORFAC International Summer Affiliate Meeting will be held June 21-25 in Bucharest, Romania. Hosted by ESOP Consulting/CORFAC International, the scheduled program allows for two days of business meetings and property tours and two days of optional sightseeing. All international and domestic firms are invited to attend.

Meeting Schedule At-A-Glance

Wednesday, June 20
Arrival in Bucharest and dinner at a local restaurant with the group

Thursday, June 21
The official start of the conference begins with a full-day of meetings focusing on international business development and market updates. A detailed agenda will be available soon. Dinner at a local restaurant with the group.

Friday, June 22, Morning
Spend the morning touring a selection of properties and meeting with landlords to learn more about the Bucharest market. Lunch at a local restaurant with the group.

Friday, June 22, Afternoon
Depart for home or stay and take part in one of two sightseeing opportunities:

• Bucharest City Adventure – Schedule At-A-Glance
• Trip to the Danube Delta – Schedule At-A-Glance

Saturday, June 23
Depart for home or continue optional sightseeing activities.

Sunday, June 24, Afternoon
Depart for home or, for those attending the SIOR Conference in Warsaw, dinner with the group at a local restaurant. Those attending the SIOR Conference in Warsaw June 27-29 can easily make travel arrangements between Bucharest and Warsaw.

Hotel and Travel Arrangements

There is no registration cost to attend the meeting, but all participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodations and optional sightseeing activity expenses. Please e-mail Mirela Raicu at mirela.raicu@esop.ro if you are planning to attend to ensure an accurate headcount.

Rooms have been reserved at the Radisson Blu hotel. Special rates are $149 USD + VAT per night for a single room and $160 USD + VAT per night for a double room.
