Crump Commercial LLC/CORFAC International and Podolsky Northstar Realty Partners/CORFAC International Complete Two Industrial Leases Totaling 633,032 Square Feet for New Breed in Mississippi and Tennessee

Memphis, TN (October 15 , 2008) –In a pair of closed lease transactions referred by Steven Podolsky, a CORFAC International affiliate in the Chicago-metro city of Riverwoods, Treat Macdonald of Crump Commercial LLC/CORFAC International announced the completion of two large industrial leases in Olive Branch, MS and Memphis, TN for logistics company New Breed.

This year, the two CORFAC professionals have teamed up to represent New Breed in more than one million square feet of industrial lease transactions. Steven Podolsky is a principal in Podolsky Northstar Realty Partners/CORFAC International and shares in a national account relationship for New Breed with David Saltzman of Newmark Knight Frank in New Jersey.

New Breed leased 469,232 square feet at 8640 Nail Road in Olive Branch, MS, a northern Mississippi city located along Highway 78 and near Interstate 240. This regional transportation artery runs east-west across southern Tennessee and connects Oklahoma to North Carolina. Comprised of two buildings, the Olive Branch properties are owned by ProLogis. ProLogis Park DeSoto also is home to FedEx Ground’s 303,000 square foot satellite package processing facility which opened in 2006.

In Memphis, TN, New Breed renewed their lease of 163,800 square feet at 3676 Raines Road, also from ProLogis.This building was New Breed’s first leased space in Memphis in 2002 when they occupied 93,600 square feet and later expanded into the entire building.

Earlier this year and in another Saltzman/Podolsky/Macdonald referred transaction, New Breed leased 353,950 square feet at 5015 Citation Dr. in Memphis. Taken together, since 2005 the CORFAC affiliates have completed fourtransactions totaling 1,223,000 million square feet with New Breed in numerous states.
