WASHINGTON, DC—September 7, 2010—Donohoe Corfac International recently completed leases for two non-profits in DC’s Central Business District (CBD).Donohoe represented CNFA, an international agricultural development organization, in the lease of 14,199 square feet at 1828 L Street for a ten-year term. The new lease is an expansion of the organization’s current space.Additionally, Donohoe represented the National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) for 4,902 square feet at 1140 19^th Street for a seven-year lease term.
