Henkle Schueler Assembles Investor Group To Buy Prime Boone County Retail Site

June 3, 2011 (RICHWOOD, KY) - Henkle Schueler/CORFAC International, has formed an investor group, Interstate Richwood Farm, LLC, to purchase a 29.5 acre retail site for $1.875 million in Boone County. The site is located off the Richwood exit (Exit 175) of I-71/75, and is ideal for restaurants, office, hotels and other retailers. The land is near and directly in front of the new Holiday Inn Express and is visible from the interstate.“More than 100,000 cars pass by and see this location daily,” stated Jeff Eichhorn, senior commercial real estate agent with Henkle Schueler, who represented the investors in the purchase. “Combining the value of interstate visibility with all utilities in place will bring more retail and development to Boone County.”Henkle Schueler will manage and sell the property for Interstate Richwood Farm, LLC and plans to market multiple retail lots for future users, such as restaurants, banks, hotels, grocers, and office users.
